Bread Machine Mix: Creating Tasty Bread For The Family

I purchased these bread machine mixes intending to use the finished product with bread dipping herbs and olive oil. My guess was right, this bread went perfectly! I baked it in my bread machine mix and it turned out beautifully with the setting for a medium crust. All I had to add was a little bit of oil and some water. Fresh bread doesn’t get any easier than that! My only complaint is that one of the boxes of bread mix did not have the yeast packet included as it should have. Other than that, no complaints at all. The price was also very reasonable. The bread smelled delicious as soon as the mixing began and got even better during baking. The loaf rose very high and the herb flavor was great (not overpowering). In addition to traditional loaf bread, this makes great rolls, pizza crust, and calzones. The Amazon price is good, too, compared to my local grocery, where these are sold in the "organic" bread mix section (with the requisite "organic" price tag) for twice as much.
